The Riverbank Bridge was a major element of the State Government’s plan to reinvigorate the area along the River Torrens – and bring football to the city.The 255 metre long, eight metre wide pedestrian bridge linking the redeveloped Adelaide Oval with key Public Transport nodes and Adelaide’s CBD, creates a new centrepiece for a vibrant Riverbank Precinct and the city’s newest national and international landmark.
